The Waldheim administrative association was an administrative association in the Free State of Saxony . It was in the north of the district of Central Saxony , about 35 km northeast of Chemnitz and about 9 km southwest of the town of Döbeln . The landscape of the community area was in the central Saxon hill country in the Zschopau valley . The A 4 ran south and the A 14 north of the administrative area. The A 14 can be reached via the Döbeln-Nord connection and the A 4 can be reached via the Hainichen connection . The community area could also be reached via the B 175 (north) and B 169 (east). The Riesa – Chemnitz railway ran through the community area.
