Administrative community Wippertal

The municipalities of Amesdorf , Drohndorf , Freckleben , Giersleben , Klein Schierstedt , Mehringen and Schackenthal were united in the administrative community of Wippertal in the Saxony-Anhalt district of Aschersleben-Staßfurt . On January 1, 2005, after was Wipper named VG resolved by the community Amesdorf in the administrative community Staßfurt was incorporated and the community Giersleben with the city of Hecklingen the new Stadt Hecklingen formed. The remaining communities were incorporated into the administrative community of Aschersleben / Land .
