After the district championship title in the Annaberg district, the team also took part in promotion games to the district class, in which the team could then also advance. The team was even able to finish the 1954/55 season as champions of season 6. The later club names were then still Wismut Annaberg and Medicine Annaberg . In 1992, this time they were promoted to the sixth class district league Chemnitz, but the time here only lasted until 1994. In the district class, the team always occupied top positions in the table, and then there were occasions the runner-up in it.
