Victor Pickard ( Victor Willoughby "Vic" Pickard ; born October 23, 1903 in Hamilton , † January 11, 2001 in Miami , United States ) was a Canadian pole vaulter and javelin thrower .

At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924, he was fifth in the pole vault with 3.80 m and was eliminated in the javelin in the qualification.

Four years later he lost to the American Charles McGinnis in the jump-off for the bronze medal in the pole vault of the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 and finished fourth with 3.95 m. The following year he set his personal best on February 18 at an indoor competition in New York City with 4.21 m. At the British Empire Games in Hamilton in 1930 , he won the gold medal in the pole vault.

He was five times Canadian champion in pole vault (1923, 1926, 1928-1930) and twice in javelin throw (1924, 1926).
