Victor Zilberman (wrestler)

Victor Zilberman (born March 28, 1947 in Chișinău , Moldovan Soviet Socialist Republic ) is a former Canadian wrestler who also competed for the Soviet Union and Israel .

His international career began in 1973 when he finished second behind Adolf Seger at the European Championships in Lausanne . He went to the start for the Soviet Union . A year later he started at the World Championships for Israel. He finished third. In 1977 he started for Canada for the first time. At the World Cup in Toledo he was second behind Stanley Dziedzic from the United States. In 1978 he ended his international career at the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton .
