Victor von Koerber

Victor Adolph Wilhelm von Koerber (born March 21, 1851 in Berlin , † December 19, 1918 in Berlin-Schlachtensee) was a German lawyer.

origin

His parents were the general landscape director Adolph von Koerber (1817–1895) and his wife Clara Cawitzel (1827–1908).

Life

Von Koerber was senior councilor Dr. jur. District administrator in the districts of Konitz (1882–1887) and Rügen (1887–1896).

He married his wife Ida Luise von Lücken (1858–1930) on June 14, 1880 in Kassel. One daughter and two sons resulted from the marriage. In 1890 the family had the Villa Quisisana built on the beach in Binz on Rügen . His children were:

  • Irmgard Klara Luise Hedwig Alexandra (born May 10, 1883)
  • Nordewin Adolf Johanne Maring Franz (born March 29, 1885)
  • Adolf Viktor Nordewin Friedrich Wilhelm (February 27, 1891 - November 19, 1969) ∞ Yvonne Felicitas Ausfeld (1919–1968)

Awards

He received the Order of the Red Eagle because of his services to Rügen as part of his work as a conscientious official.
