The Victoria-Haus , also called Victoria-Turm or Victoria-Tower , is an office building at ERGO-Platz 1 in Düsseldorf 's Pempelfort district . It is the headquarters of the ERGO Group AG. This has its headquarters there and in the adjacent buildings.
The house was designed by the architects HPP Hentrich-Petschnigg & Partner KG and built between 1994 and 1998. At 108 meters, the Victoria House is the third tallest building in the city after the ARAG Tower and the LVA Tower . Around 1915 employees work on the 29 floors with a gross retail space of 106,600 m². The building also has an underground car park with around 450 parking spaces.
After the Victoria brand was absorbed by Ergo in 2010, the new name Ergo-Turm established itself in parlance and has since been used in many journalistic sources.
