Viktor Boss

Viktor Boss (born February 6, 1913 in Gündlischwand ; † December 7, 1996 ) was a Swiss teacher , non-fiction author and politician ( SP ).

Boss came from Gündlischwand , later he lived in Grindelwald . He worked as a secondary school teacher , was president of the Oberland “Heimatwerk”, wrote for its magazine Heimatwerk , worked for the Berner Wanderwege association and published books on hiking .

From 1954 to 1981, Boss was Bern's Grand Councilor for the Swiss Social Democratic Party .
