Wiktor Pawlowitsch Pawlow , also: Victor Pavlov , ( Russian Виктор Павлович Павлов , scientific transliteration Viktor Pavlovič Pavlov ; born October 6, 1940 in Moscow ; † August 24, 2006 ibid) was a Russian actor .

Life

After leaving school, Pavlov first worked as a metal worker; At the same time, he attended advanced training courses to study at the Moscow Polytechnic. In addition, he was interested in acting and passed the entrance exam at the Stschepkina Theater School . After graduating there in 1963, he received his first engagement at the Moscow Contemporary Theater , and later also in other theaters in Moscow.

As a student, he received his first film role in Kogda Derewja Byli Bolschimi under the director Lev Kulidschanow . His first major film role was in 1965 in Operation Y and Shurik's Other Adventures, directed by Leonid Gaidai . He became known with the Viktor Tregubowitsch film Na Voyne, Kak Na Voyne , a war film from 1968 and the agent thriller Adyutant Ego Prevoskhoditelstva by Yevgeny Tashkov in 1969. In 1997 he celebrated success with the comedy Sirota kasanskaja by Vladimir Maschkov .

Pavlov played in over 120 film productions with the most important Russian directors.
