Victor von Keltsch

Ernst Alois Viktor von Keltsch und Riemberg , also modernized Viktor von Keltsch , (born November 29, 1813 in Dobrischau , † August 6, 1884 in Stein , East Prussia ) was an East Prussian manor and parliamentarian.

Life

Viktor von Keltsch was born as the son of the owner of the Silesian manor Skarsine Ernst Gottlieb Sigismund von Keltsch and Riemberg (1772–1843) and Caroline Henriette Gottliebe von Blacha and Lubie (1774–1858). After attending high school in Breslau he studied at the universities of Bonn , Berlin and Konigsberg law . In 1835 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . From 1856 to 1858 and from 1870 to 1872 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives . He retired as a royal Prussian government trainee.

He was an honorary knight of the Order of St. John .

After completing his studies, he got the Malschöwen manor , Ortelsburg district, East Prussia. He then married to Stein bei Blumenau, East Prussia August 20, 1840 Blanka Karoline Charlotte Friederike von Carlowitz , Majorate mistress on Stein, daughter of Karl Friedrich Wilhelm von Carlowitz, Prussian Colonel in the Kaiser Franz Guard Grenadier Regiment No. 2 and Karoline Reimara, née . Hahn, and thereby became the owner of the Stein manor in East Prussia. From the marriage emerged:
