Vilém Ladislav Jan Goppold von Lobsdorf (born May 25, 1869 in Prague ; † June 15, 1943 ibid) was a Bohemian - Czechoslovakian fencer .

Life

Vilém Goppold von Lobsdorf took part in the 1908 Olympic Games in London and the 1912 Olympic Games in Stockholm . With the sword he was eliminated in the preliminary round of the individual competition in 1908, with the team he was fifth. In each of the saber competitions he won bronze. In 1912 he finished seventh with the team and fourth in the individual. He was a multiple Bohemian master with the saber.

At the 1912 Games, two sons of Goppold von Lobsdorf also competed in the fencing competitions.
