description

With its entrance under monument protection standing Villa is a single storey house on a hillside. It has a high basement , a jamb with small, horizontal rectangular windows and an eaves saddle roof in which a new large dormer was inserted on the back of the building, facing north .

In the four-axis street view there is a two-axis, building-high central projection , the upper floor of which is formed by a roofed exit in the form of a veranda "with [a] explosive gable in elaborate carpentry and large, colored etched glass panes ". To the right of the risalit is a single-storey veranda.

The facade is structured using plaster strips and pilaster strips . By Sandsteingewände framed windows are partially just Verdachungen crowned.

The enclosure is made by a high quarry stone wall on which there is a low lancet fence. On the left side of the property there is a two-winged iron gate between high pillars with cover plates. This leads directly to an entrance porch on the left side view.
