Villa Baszta
The Villa Baszta (Polish: Willa Baszta ) in Kraków is a villa at 13a Jodłowa Street by the Wolski Forest in the Przegorzały district .
history
The villa was built for himself in the form of a medieval rotunda by Adolf Szyszko-Bohusz between 1928 and 1919 . He bought the land for the construction, a wooded rock, from the Camaldolese monastery . The villa was confiscated by the German occupiers in 1940 and Otto Wächter moved into the villa. Wartenberg Castle was built on the villa from 1942 to 1943 . The building is currently used by the Jagiellonian University .

The view from the villa to the south extends to the Tatras and the Babia Góra massif .
The nature reserve Skałki Przegorzalskie is located below the villa . The Jagiellonian University guest house is located above the villa.
