The Villa Binder is located at Böckinger Straße 104 in the Heilbronn district of Neckargartach . The listed building is considered a cultural monument .

The Villa Binder is a gable-independent villa, which was built in 1908 for the fire brigade commander and later Heilbronn honorary citizen Gustav Binder according to plans by the Heilbronn architect Jakob Saame .

The two-storey, gable- facing building with unplastered visible framework in the protruding gable has a mansard and half-hip roof .

The villa in the local style has baroque architectural forms with ornamental framework. The building also features a clapboard clad gable and heart-shaped light openings in the wooden shutters.

history

In 1950 the locksmith Ernst Stellrecht owned the villa. Two apartments were rented on the first floor. In 1961 the villa belonged to the master tailor Ernst Brauch, the water protection police sergeant Gerhard Kloppoteck lived on the first floor.
