Villa Eduard-Bilz-Strasse 5

description

The two-storey, under monument protection standing Villa is a stucco building on a break stone base. It has a gently sloping hipped roof , in the street view of which there is a gabled hatch with a twin window in the middle , supported by two brackets in the facade below. Below the roof there is an expansive eaves cornice with a console frieze .

The windows of the three-axis main view as well as the two-axis side views are framed by profiled sandstone walls, on the ground floor of the street view with gable-like window canopies on consoles. The resulting mirror fields are each decorated with a small, simple medallion .

On the left side of the building there is a single-storey, polygonal porch, which was added as a music room by the Ziller brothers in 1887, with an exit with a fixed parapet on top. In the right side view there is an entrance porch with an outside staircase , which was changed in 1936.

At the rear of the building is a two-story wing with a flat roof.
