description

The two and a half storey secular building appears like a castle from the end of the Middle Ages. In 1899 the central projections were designed with a stepped gable as the upper end. The polygonal stair tower , which is richly decorated and has a slate spire, is particularly beautiful . In the monument topography of Baden-Württemberg, the Villa Hagenmayer is described as follows:

“The building documents the late historical villa architecture of the late 19th century. Characteristic is the vertically emphasized, diversely structured structure with late Gothic decorative elements borrowed from the castle and palace architecture of the 16th century in a technically sophisticated execution. The latticework of the garden fence is an Art Nouveau work. "
