The listed villa , referred to as a rental villa in the monument topography , stands on a western corner property facing the street Am Bornberge, where Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße changes from Kötzschenbroda to Niederlößnitz and jumps slightly to the west. The two-storey house stands on a plastered basement floor . It has a slate, flat hip roof .

In the northern, five-axis main view towards the street Am Bornberge, there is a three-axis central projection with a triangular gable, the gable field of which is adorned with a stucco relief. There were formerly small terraces in the reserves on both sides . Of these, the open, wooden veranda with a flight of stairs to the front garden has been preserved at the one at the intersection .

In the four-axis street view towards Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse, to the left of the three-axis main structure, there is an approximately square, single-axis tower of the same eaves height, closed at the top by a four-sided dome roof with a roof platform. The tower has moved a little forward compared to the main facade. On the upper floor of the tower there is a balcony with a wrought iron grille. Behind the tower is a wooden entrance porch with a flight of stairs to the entrance door on the mezzanine floor .

The plastered building is structured by cornices , bands and corner blocks. The windows are framed by sandstone walls, which are crowned by horizontal and triangular roofs along with stucco bands. The sills are supported by ornate consoles.

A single strong sandstone pillar with remnants of the wrought iron gate remains from the original fence at the entrance to the property. At the intersection, the enclosure is formed by a piece of syenite stone masonry between sandstone corner walls.

There is a large magnolia in the front garden on Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße . The actual house garden was on the south side of the property until 2006, but has been built on since then.
