Villa Poma is a fraction of the northern Italian municipality ( comune ) Borgo Mantovano in the province of Mantua in Lombardy . Villa Poma is located about 27 kilometers southeast of Mantua . Until 1868 the place was still called Mulo . The community of Villa Poma last had residents in 2014 (as of December 31, 2016)

The municipality of Villa Poma with the Ghisione fraction was merged with Revere and Pieve di Coriano on January 1, 2018 to form the new municipality of Borgo Mantovano.
