description

The villas in Rosenstrasse 1905: Number 3 is on the left in front

The two - storey villa - like villa , which is now a listed building , is a Swiss - style residential building with a moderately steep, slated gable roof with a wide roof overhang and rafter gables . Underneath is a jamb , in the street-side gable field of which there is a twin window in the middle, accompanied on both sides by narrow windows with a triangular top.

The building stands at the gable facing the street on a sandstone-framed syenite rubble plinth; in this two-axis view there is a single-storey wooden veranda with an exit on top. The plastered facades, which have been reduced in the meantime, have recently been given a plaster structure made up of plaster strips and grooves, corner pilaster strips on the building edges and squares on the ground floor. The windows are framed by simple walls made of sandstone and decorated on the upper floor with horizontal roofs above .

The fencing, which has since been renewed, consists of lancet fence fields between artificial stone pillars .
