Villa Walter
The Villa Walter is located in the district Oberlößnitz the Saxon town of Radebeul , in Bennostraße 23. It was 1873/1874 of the Lößnitz -Baumeistern brothers Ziller built for Friedrich August Auerswald. The property is located in the conservation area Historic vineyard landscape Radebeul .

The under monument protection standing residential building is a country house in the Swiss style . It stands on a corner property facing Weberstrasse, with the eaves facing Bennostrasse. The building is single-storey with a knee-high floor and an extended roof. In the street view there is a slightly protruding risalit with a triangular gable, in front of it a veranda with an outside staircase . At the rear of the building there is a lower side wing from the construction period to the north, and a gable dormer in the middle of the roof of the main building.
The facades of the plastered building are now slightly simplified. Board carvings can be found on the eaves and verge.
The client was honored for the restoration of their building on the occasion of the Radebeul Building Owner Award 2007 with recognition in the category of conservation restoration .
