Villa rustica (Scheuring)

The villa rustica in the district of Scheuring , a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Landsberg am Lech , was uncovered from 1878. The villa rustica of the Roman Empire is a protected ground monument .

In the years 1878 and 1889, the main building and bath of a Roman manor south of Haltberg were uncovered. In 1913 a marble head was found on the site.
