Vinícius , full name Vinícius Santos Silva de Souza (born August 3, 1993 in São Paulo ) is a Brazilian football player . The striker's strong foot is the right.
Career
Vinícius began his career at Palmeiras São Paulo . Here the player made the leap into the professional squad in 2010. On March 24, 2010, he made his debut in the São Paulo state championship against Rio Branco EC when he came on in the 76th minute. With this substitution, he became the youngest player to have played a professional game for Palmeiras. During the season there were other appearances in the A series and in the Copa do Brasil . A year later he scored his first professional goal against EC Noroeste on March 9, 2011 in the same competition . Vinícius first appearance at the international club level took place in the Copa Sudamericana 2011 . On August 12, they came on in the 72nd minute against CR Vasco da Gama . In the 2012 season , his club reached only 18th place in the table and had to relegate. However, as champions of Série B , they achieved direct promotion back to the 2013 season . He started the 2014 season for his Palmeiras in the state championship, but has since been loaned to other clubs.
Vinícius went to Coritiba FC at the beginning of 2016 . At the club he ran 37 times in various competitions and scored two goals. Another loan followed in the following season in 2017. The player went to Turkey for Adanaspor . Vinícius played his first game in the Turkish Süper Lig on January 21, 2017. At the end of the season , his club had to relegate bottom of the table.
In January 2018, Vinícius went back to Brazil and joined Chapecoense .
