Vincent Harolimana (born September 2, 1962 in Mpembe , Rwanda ) is Bishop of Ruhengeri .
Life
Vincent Harolimana received on 8 September 1990 from Pope John Paul II. The Sacrament of Holy Orders .
On January 31, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the bishop of Ruhengeri. The Bishop of Nyundo, Alexis Habiyambere SJ , ordained him episcopal on March 24th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Kigali , Thaddée Ntihinyurwa , and the Bishop of Kabgayi , Smaragde Mbonyintege .
