Vincenzo Cantiello (born August 25, 2000 in Sant'Arpino , Campania ) is a young singer from Italy . He won in Malta discharged Junior Euro Song Contest in 2014 with his song Tu primo grande amore and was the first Italian to the Junior Euro Song Contest participated.

life and career

Cantiello became interested in music from an early age and began to sing in the church choir. After winning some local competitions from 2010, he took part in the talent show Ti lascio una canzone broadcast by the Italian broadcaster RAI in 2014 and qualified for the final.

At the age of 14 he was selected internally by RAI to represent Italy for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 . He was the only male participant in this competition and won the contest with 159 points, the fourth highest score ever. As a result, Cantiello also had a brief appearance in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 , where he sang an excerpt from his winning song. At JESC 2015 he sang his winning title from the previous year and appeared for the first time as a points spokesman for Italy.
