Vincent Koppert

Vinzenz Koppert (born June 26, 1894 in Munich ; † May 14, 1969 ) was a German stenographer .

Life

After graduating from the Theresien-Gymnasium in Munich in 1914 , Vinzenz Koppert did military service on the Western Front . After the war he studied law and political science at the University of Munich until 1920 ; During this time he worked for the sociologist Max Weber as a stenographer and secretary. In 1922 he was supported by the University of Würzburg to Dr. jur. et rer. pole. PhD. In 1924 he passed the assessor exam.

Koppert was a parliamentary stenographer in the Bavarian state parliament from 1920 and in the Reichstag from 1927 .
