Virginia Hey
Virginia Robin Hey (born June 19, 1952 in Sydney ) is an Australian actress .
Life
Hey grew up partly in Australia and partly in London . At times she worked as a model . As an actress, she made her debut alongside Mel Gibson in the SF action film Mad Max II - The Executor from 1981. In the adventure film Castaway - The Island (1987), she played one of the bigger roles alongside Oliver Reed and Amanda Donohoe . In the miniseries Vietnam (1987) she appeared on the side of Nicole Kidman . From 1999 to 2002 Hey was seen in a larger role in the television series Farscape . For this role she was nominated for the Saturn Award in 2000.
Hey was married for a few months in the early 1970s. In the 1990s she was trained in naturopathy and has since pursued a career as a naturopath.
