Volker Remy (born September 14, 1960 in Weilburg ; † October 19, 2014 ibid) was a German author , copywriter and communications consultant .

After completing a commercial apprenticeship, Volker Remy decided to enter the advertising industry in London in the mid-1980s. Since 1993 Remy has worked as a copywriter and from 1997 as a positioning copywriter for print and online media. He was a consultant for communication agencies in the field of positioning and new business strategies. After the publication of his non-fiction books “Die Imagefalle” and “How to catch orders and talk to fish ...” he worked as a speaker and guest speaker at seminars and conferences. Remy has been involved in several location marketing projects as a project manager.
