Volkfien is a district of the municipality of Jameln in the joint municipality of Elbtalaue in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony .

The place is two kilometers west of Jameln.
history
For the year 1848, eight residential buildings with 56 inhabitants are recorded in the statistical manual for the Kingdom of Hanover. At that time the place belonged to the office of Dannenberg and was also called Groß Volkfien .
