Tuvalu census

A census in Tuvalu is taking place in the South Pacific island state of Tuvalu on the instructions of the responsible minister . Since independence censuses were carried out in 1979, 1985, 1991, 2002 and 2012 by the Tuvalu Central Statistics Division. This is supported by the Secretariat of the Pacific Community . The basis is the Census Act from 2008 and the Statistics Act from the same year.
