The Von-Hessing-Straße 2 property in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-108 .
history
The property was originally built in 1901 by the Würzburg architect Anton Eckert as a Kurheim Kellermann. Previously there was a lower and simpler building in the Biedermeier style at this location . At today, built by architect Eckert property is a three-storey Mansarddachbau with hooks floor plan, a dormer with curved gables, barockisierender plaster structure and a single-storey annexe. Along with Ludwigstrasse 19, it is one of the properties with a stucco facade from the Wilhelminian era ; the majority of the properties in the village are characterized by house decor. The small box balconies have their origins in the former hotel use of the property.
The property is at the head of Ludwigstrasse. The middle section with volute gable and ionizing pilasters , located in the axis of Ludwigstrasse, gives the appearance of a risalit .
Today the property houses apartments and a real estate agency.
