Von-Hessing-Straße 7 in Bad Kissingen

The property Von-Hessing-Straße 7 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-109 .

history

The property was originally built as a rent office building in 1903 in freely historicizing forms. It is a three-storey sandstone block building with a hipped roof , ornamental gable and flat bay window. There is a round tower on the west side.

The historicism style of the building is expressed in the combination of baroque elements (window frames on the first floor; central ornamental gable) with Renaissance elements (formal apparatus of the flat bay window on the second floor) and elements of Art Nouveau (the entrance shifted to the left from the central axis). However, the Art Nouveau elements are subordinate to a school-like, clean overall concept.

Today there is a branch of the local court in the property .
