The Voralphütte is a mountain hut belonging to the Swiss Alpine Club (SAC) in the Uri Alps in the canton of Uri . It is located in the Voralptal , a side valley of the Göschenertal west of Göschenen at an altitude of 2126  m .

Built in 1891, the Voralp hut was rebuilt in 1920 and from then on offered 22 places. In 1959 it was expanded according to plans by Jakob Eschenmoser . It was destroyed by an avalanche in 1988 and rebuilt in the same style in 1989. On the slope side, the hut received an avalanche wedge .

Since 2010, a path has been leading to the Voralphütte from the Salbithütte over the Salbitbrücke and is accessible for experienced mountain hikers who do not suffer from vertigo .
