Vranduk Fortress

Vranduk is a village in Bosnia and Herzegovina . It is part of the city of Zenica .

Vranduk is located in central Bosnia, about 12 km north of Zenica on the way to Doboj in a bend in the Bosna river . The Bosna is narrow in the area of ​​Vranduk and has the character of a gorge.

The old town of Vranduk lies on a rock above the loop of the river. In the village are the ruins of the medieval fortress Vranduk.

history
