Mamady Youla

Mamady Youla (* 1961 in Conakry ) is a Guinean politician .

Life

Youla studied at the University of Félix Houphouët-Boigny and received a degree in macroeconomics there in 1989. He then took on various tasks for trade associations and state institutions. Youla was General Manager of Guinea Alumina Corporation in 2004 and 2005 . He then worked as an economic advisor to the Prime Minister as well as in charge of the economic affairs of the energy and economics ministries. As the successor to Mohamed Said Fofana , Youla was Prime Minister of Guinea from December 26, 2015 to 2018.
