The Wöllmersbach is a two-kilometer-long watercourse in the Wasgau ( Rhineland-Palatinate ) in southern Palatinate and a right tributary of the Lauter , which is still called Wieslauter here on its upper course .
course
The Wöllmersbach rises at an altitude of 223 m above sea level. NN on a small forest meadow in the middle Wasgau in the Dahner Felsenland west of Bruchweiler-Bärenbach directly east next to the Schmalstein rock and south of the Pfälzerwaldhütte am Schmalenstein . It initially flows in an easterly direction in a strip of green through a forest area and after a good two hundred and fifty meters it backs up to a small pond. About three hundred meters downstream it forms another small pond. Shortly afterwards it is fed on its left by the stream from the Reinigshof coming from the northeast . The Wöllmersbach now flows through grassland along the southern edge of a forest and is accompanied by the K 42 . It reaches the north-western edge of Bruchweiler-Bärenbach, disappears briefly underground, then reappears and finally flows north of Lauterstraße at an altitude of 195 m above sea level. NN from the right into the Wieslauter .
