The team was founded in 2011 and took part in the UCI Continental Circuits as a Continental team . The manager was Lorenzo Di Silvestro , who was supported by the sporting directors Giancarlo Raimondi and Pietro Illarietti. The operating company was based in Great Britain .

On May 31, 2012, the team was suspended by the UCI because they no longer had the required minimum number of eight drivers under contract. At the end of the 2012 season, the team was disbanded.
