The Team Idea is an Italian cycling team based in Milan .
The team was founded in 2012 and takes part in the UCI Continental Circuits as a Continental Team . They drive most of the races in Europe. The manager is Pierantonio Gaffuri, who is supported by the sporting director Omar Piscina. During the 2013 season, the team was not licensed as a Continental team. After two seasons with a license as a Continental Team, the team no longer had such a license in 2016.
