UCI Europe Tour 2015

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The UCI Europe Tour 2015 is the eleventh edition of the European road cycling calendar introduced by the UCI World Cycling Association for the 2005 season below the UCI WorldTour , which is part of the UCI Continental Circuits . The season starts on January 1st, 2015 and ends on December 31st, 2015.

The one-day races and stage races of the UCI Europe Tour are divided into three UCI categories (HC, 1 and 2). In each race, points are awarded for an overall ranking of drivers, teams and nations. At the team score to take Professional Continental teams and the Continental teams participate. Only the nations of the continent take part in the nation ranking, but the results of all circuits are counted. The UCI WorldTeam can also take part in the individual races, but the positions achieved by drivers of the WorldTeams are not taken into account for the rankings.
