Elkov-Kasper is a Czech cycling team based in Hradec Králové .
The team was founded in 2005 and was licensed as a Continental Team until 2007 , as a Professional Continental Team in 2008 and 2009 and again as a Continental Team from 2010. It mainly participates in races on the UCI Europe Tour . The manager is Vladimír Vávra and the sports director is supported by Otakar Fiala.
