René Andrle
René Andrle (born April 1, 1974 in Litoměřice ) is a former Czech cyclist .
As a junior he won a stage of the Trofeo Karlsberg in 1992 in the jersey of the then Czechoslovak national team . From 1999 to 2000 he drove for Wüstenrot-ZVVZ and from 2001 to 2003 he was under contract with ONCE . In 2004 and 2005 he drove for the Spanish Liberty Seguros team , after which he moved to PSK Whirlpool .
The Czech competed once in the Tour de France , the Vuelta a España and twice in the Giro d'Italia . At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens , he started in road races and in the individual time trial and finished 16th in the time trial. At the end of 2008, he finished his cycling career.
