Michał Gołaś (born April 29, 1984 in Toruń ) is a Polish cyclist .

Career

In 2006 Gołaś won the road race at the Polish Championships in the U23 class. At the 2006 Road World Championships in Salzburg , he started in the U23 road race, where he finished 16th.

Gołaś received his first professional contract in 2007 with the Swedish-Belgian UCI ProTeam Unibet.com . In 2012 he became the Polish elite road champion. He achieved his first international elite victory in 2015 in the one-day race Kampioenschap van Vlaanderen .

Honor

In 2014 Gołaś was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit of the Republic of Poland .
