Wacław Wójcik (born November 19, 1919 in Rożyszcze , † December 28, 1997 in Warsaw ) was a Polish cyclist .

Athletic career

Multiple Polish champion, two-time winner of the Tour of Poland and Polish champion 1950 on the track (in the single pursuit over 4000 meters). In addition to his championship title in road racing, he was able to achieve two podium places, in 1945 and 1947 he was each runner-up. He won the Polish title in the team time trial in 1951 and 1953 to 1955. He took part in the International Peace Tour five times. In addition to third place in 1948 on the Warsaw - Prague route , he was able to place himself well in front with 6th place in the overall ranking in 1949.
