Gregor Mühlberger (born April 4, 1994 in Haidershofen ) is an Austrian cyclist and Austrian road racing champion (2017).
Athletic career
In the 2010s, Mühlberger was one of the best Austrian riders in the U23 class.
Due to his two championship titles at the Austrian U23 championships and his other victories, he received a stagiaire contract with Team NetApp-Endura in August 2014 , but Mühlberger was not taken over there. At the beginning of 2015 he switched to the Austrian team Felbermayr Simplon Wels .
In 2015 he won the overall ranking of the Tour of Upper Austria and the Course de la Paix of the U23 class as well as the GP Isola and the Austrian U23 time trial championships. In August 2015 Mühlberger was again stagiaire with the German cycling team Bora-Argon 18 , with which he then got a two-year contract.
In June 2017, Gregor Mühlberger won around Cologne , two weeks later he became Austrian road race champion.
At the UCI Road World Championships 2018 in Innsbruck, he finished eighth in the team time trial with the Bora-hansgrohe team in September.
