Wadsim Ivanavich Sushko ( Belarusian Вадзім Іванавіч Сушко , Russian Вадим Иванович Сушко / Vadim Ivanovich Sushko * 27. April 1986 in Navapolatsk , Byelorussian SSR ) is a Belarusian ice hockey player who since 2009 when HC SHAKHTYOR SOLIGORSK in the Belarusian Extraliga is under contract.

Career

Vadsim Suschko began his career as a hockey player in the youth of Chimik-SKA Nawapolazk , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Belarusian extra league in the 2003/04 season . He then moved to HK Dinamo Minsk , with whom he was Belarusian champions for the first time in his career in the 2006/07 season , with four playoff games for the capital city on the ice. However, the defender spent most of the season with their second team in the Belarusian second division. For Dinamo Minsk, the left-handed shooter played eight games in the newly formed Continental Hockey League in the 2008/09 season before he was given up to city rivals HK Keramin Minsk from the Extraliga, where he ended the season.

Since the 2009/10 season Suschko has been playing for the Extraliga participant HK Schachzjor Salihorsk .

International

For Belarus , Suschko took part in the U18 Junior World Championships in 2003 and 2004 and the U20 Junior World Championship in 2005 .
