Constituency of Côte-d'Or IV

The constituency of Côte-d'Or IV is one of the 5 French parliamentary constituencies in the Côte-d'Or department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region .

Geography and demography

The area of ​​the constituency is determined by Law No. 86-1197 of November 24, 1986. These now included the following administrative units: the cantons of Aignay-le-Duc , Baigneux-les-Juifs , Châtillon-sur-Seine , Grancey-le-Château-Neuvelle , Is-sur-Tille , Laignes , Montbard , Montigny-sur-Aube , Précy-sous-Thil , Recey-sur-Ource , Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye , Saulieu , Selongey , Semur-en-Auxois , Sombernon , Venarey-les-Laumes and Vitteaux .

The 1999 general census by the Institut National de la Statistique et des Études Économiques (INSEE) showed a population in this constituency of 89,337.
