Waldemar Moritz

Waldemar Viktor Hugo Erdmund Moritz (born August 13, 1870 in Cöslin , † December 21, 1948 in Meschede ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Waldemar Moritz, son of the Prussian major general Benno Moritz (1838–1903), studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1889 he became a member of the Corps Vandalia Heidelberg . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. In 1899 he passed the government assessor exam with the government in Danzig . From 1909 until its dissolution in 1910 he was District Administrator of the district Mülheim an der Ruhr . In 1910 he moved to Landeshut i. Schles. From 1916 to 1919 he was district administrator for the district of Ottweiler . He later became a senior government councilor and last retired in Münster .
