Waldison Rodrigues de Souza or Waldison for short (born June 17, 1984 in São Miguel do Araguaia ) is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Waldison went through the youth department of Grêmio Porto Alegre and was accepted into the professional squad here in 2004. Here he played until 2006. After that he played mostly for short periods in various Brazilian clubs. He only played for Fortaleza EC from 2012 to 2014, while he was loaned to the Japanese club Jeju United for half a season during this time .

For the 2015/16 season he moved to the Turkish TFF 1st Lig to Giresunspor . For the next season 2016/17 he followed his coach Erkan Sözeri to league rival Adana Demirspor .
