Laligurans ( Nepali लालीगुराँस ) is a city ( municipality ) in eastern Nepal in the Terhathum district .
Laligurans is located at an altitude of 1610 m 5 km north of the Tamor river. The district capital Myanglung is located 13 km east of Laligurans. The city of Laligurans was created in September 2015 by merging the Village Development Committees (VDCs) Basantapur , Dangpa , Phulek , Solma and Sungnam . The city administration is located in Basantapur. The urban area covers 90.2 km².

At the 2011 census, the VDCs that made up the city of Laligurans had 16,934 residents.
