The Boa Esporte Clube is a soccer club from Varginha in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais .

The club was founded on April 30, 1947 in Ituiutaba as Boa Vontade Esporte Clube and immediately won the Taça Philco . In the same year the club was renamed Ituiutaba Esporte Clube .

In 1998, Ituiutaba EC becomes a professional sports club. and played for the first time in the second division of the state championship of Minas Gerais . 2004 succeeded in winning this division. Ituiutaba EC also won the Taça Minas Gerais . In 2010 they were runner-up in the Série C , in 2011 they won again in the 2nd division of the Campeonato Mineiro, and in 2012 they won again at the Taça Minas Gerais.

In 2011 the club was renamed Boa Esporte Clube , as the club had to move to Varginha due to stadium renovations.
