Valentina Witaljewna Ogiyenko ( Russian Валенти́на Вита́льевна Огие́нко , English transcription: Valentina Vitalyevna Ogiyenko ; born May 26, 1965 in Krasnodar ) is a Soviet-Russian volleyball player and coach.

Ogijenko took part in the Olympic Games three times, winning the gold medal in Seoul in 1988 and the silver medal in Barcelona in 1992 . She was also world champion in 1990 and European champion four times. With her club VK Uralotschka-NTMK she won the national championship seven times.

After her playing days, Ogijenko was at the side of Nikolai Karpol, coach of VK Uralotschka-NTMK and the Russian national team, with whom she won numerous international titles and medals. Since 2009 she has been General Director of VK Uralotschka-NTMK. In 2019 she was inducted into the " Volleyball Hall of Fame ".

Ogiyenko was married from 1989 to 1992. Her daughter Anastassija Makovetskaja also played volleyball for VK Uralotschka-NTMK.
